All computer systems built by GZ Computers Ltd are supplied with a minimum of a 1 year return to base warranty. Please check your documentation as to the length of warranty supplied.

Helpdesk support is offered to all customers who have a GZ system. We request that you have your "GZ Support Pack" or "GZ Reference Number" (e.g. GZ12345 or Job-1234) available when contacting us, as it will assist us with your enquiry in the quickest possible manner.

If your GZ system develops a fault, we aim to have it repaired within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). You can pre-book a repair slot in advance and we will do our best to complete the repair same day (depending on the severity of the fault encountered).

We can repair all brands of computers, servers, and laptops, and also Epson printers and scanners, as we are a fully qualified Epson Service Centre. Our repair charges (based on work carried out in our engineering department, and excluding parts) for PC's and laptops are as follows:

20 minutes of labour: £21.27 excluding VAT (£24.99 including VAT)
40 minutes of labour: £31.48 excluding VAT (£36.99 including VAT)
60 minutes of labour: £45.10 excluding VAT (£52.99 including VAT)

Work carried out at your premises is charged at £55.31 excluding VAT for the first hour (minimum charge), and then £45.10 excluding VAT for every subsequent hour.
